At Least 62 is the reverse-mortgage specialty arm of Mortgage Associates, a 14-yr old FHA-approved Mortgage Broker (78225-0000-4) company based in Columbia, MD. The reverse mortgage practice is run by David Hudson, John Nader and Jamie Lenes. They were at the forefront of utilizing reverse mortgage solutions to create financial flexibility for homeowners over 62 years of age, long before these products became so popular. They have assisted more than 1,000 homeowners in the process of obtaining a reverse mortgage. This experience has allowed them to build a team of the most talented loan officers around and streamline the process for their clients.
